Fees
Standard 50-minute appointment: $260
Extended 90-minute appointment (e.g., for EMDR): $370
*A surcharge of $25 applies to appointments on Sundays, public holidays and appointments outside this practice's standard hours.
With a valid Medicare referral under Better Access, your gap fee will be:

Sunday and out-of-hours appointments: $136
Letters, reports, and other correspondence requested outside of scheduled appointments are charged at $260 per hour, calculated on the actual time required and billed in 15-minute increments. The total fee depends on the complexity of the request, and an estimate will be provided before work commences.
There is no charge for standard Medicare reports which are considered a routine component of treatment under a valid referral (mental health treatment plan or chronic disease management plan).
Rebates
Medicare rebates are available with a valid referral from a GP or psychiatrist. Referrals from a GP require a Mental Health Treatment Plan, completed in consultation with your GP.
As Stefanie has advanced clinical training endorsed by AHPRA, you will receive a Medicare rebate of $149.05 per session, for up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year.
Private health insurance rebates may be available for sessions. Please check with your provider regarding coverage for psychological services.
